StephanieFoongGetaway | Bangkok Shopping Trip 2014 Day 1 & 2 (Platinum Mall, Pratunam Early Morning Wholesale Market)

Hello there, I am gonna jump right into my itinerary for these 2 days ! We booked MAS for this trip and our flight was on 8.15am -10.55am, we arrived at Suvarnbhumi Airport, Bkk around 11, and we took the airport rail link to Ratcharapop station to find our hotel. It took us only half an hour to reach the 7th station, the efficiency was awesome ! We then checked into the hotel which I have done a review on (click here to know more about the hotel) and we went to browse around the area such as Platinum Mall, Big C, Pratunam Market, Train stations and etc to make sure that we won't get lost in the future few days and to get familiar about the place. We went back to the hotel around 3pm, after getting ready we left the hotel around 4.30 and went to Asiatique Nightmall. ( The transport we took to go to the destinations will be listed beside the Tittle of the area in this post) We ate some Thai food and walk around trying food and taking pictures around, the most expensive damage of that night was the Ferris Wheel ride, but I would say its worth the price la, coz you can really see awesome views ! We head back to the hotel around 9.30pm because we decided to sleep early that night as we are waking up early the next morning for the early morning Pratunam Wholesale Market. As our plan, we woke up at 6 to head to the wholesale market, we walked passed by the market because I thought the wholesale market was located in the pratunam market, when we walked there it wasn't open yet. Then we walked back to the market and asked the vendors, and they told us the accurate location of the market and it was just right out of our hotel LOL. We shopped till 9am and went back to the hotel for breakfast and get ready for our Platinum Mall hunting day ! My eyes were still irritated and we were busy shopping and didn't really took any photos on the second day :( But, anywayz, let the picture continue my talk :D

#2Asiatique Night Mall ( Transportation from Pratunam as I suggest: Take the BTS from Phaya Thai to Siam and transit to Bang Wa line and get down from Saphan Taksin and go ahead walk for awhile and you will see the free shuttle boat to Asiatique)
